Avrahamis' Motion For Reconsideration Rolls Snake-Eyes In U.S. Tax Court

The U.S. Tax Court has denied the request of the Avrahamis to reconsider portions of its original order finding that the Avrahamis' captive insurance company was not an insurance company for tax purposes.
